It’s halloween time, aka party time! I was invited to a friends Halloween party and I was looking for a spooktacular appetizer to bring. As always my criteria is to make something unique, fun, and somewhat healthy. I found a bunch of neat ideas online! I’m going to share my top three!
I went with Pumpkin Cheesecake Dip. I choose this because I already have a wonderful recipe from a friend for a cheesecake dip. I found a bunch of different recipes online so I just modified mine instead. It is also so cute because you could put it in a real pumpkin!

Recipe
2 packages of pumpkin cream cheese [I found Philadelphia had this]
1/2 cup of plain greek yogurt
1/2 cup of whipped cream
2 tablespoons of brown sugar
4 granny smith apples
Cinnamon graham crackers
2 lemons
caramel topping
This recipe is as simple whisking all of the ingredients together and cutting up the graham crackers and apples. After you cut the apples squeeze lemon juice on them to stop them from browning. At the end sprinkle a little extra brown sugar and caramel topping.

The pumpkin and orange checkered plate were both from Target.
This was a big hit and super easy to make. I also found some other fun ideas that would be easy party appetizers that won’t take up your whole day.
